It is not a surprise Coryn Carver has powerful business genes considering her family history. Her mother, Jennifer Camp Beagley originally attended college with a Business Major and Minor in Music. After taking a break to raise her children, she returned to college at 40 years old and achieved making the Dean’s List at UNLV, University of Las Vegas, graduating with a degree in Television and Film. Later she would own a Theater Company in Las Vegas. Coryn’s grandmother, Nita also managed a business in the 1950’s for 30 years before retiring. It is truly admirable, and an inspiration to see a long line of Woman Owned Businesses with the courage it takes to persevere through to success.
Coryn’s father, William Gerald "Jerry" Beagley served in the Air Force during Vietnam. He would follow his passion for dance after watching his older brother, John take dance lessons, inspiring him to take lessons himself and becoming quite accomplished. He was led to pursue his Masters’ Degree in Recreation Education Administration and advanced to Administrator over all Dancers in college where he met Jennifer Camp, Coryn’s mother. They were in the Young Performing Group together and would later marry. He enlisted in the United States Air Force eight months after they were married, after four years of service he received an Honorable Discharge. He then pursued his passion of dance with his wife Jennifer traveling throughout the United States as Ballroom Dance Professionals.
